So I received a volumising Lip Plumper from Plump-it! It is a product that I have seen on a lot of reality TV star lips such as Chloe Simms from TOWIE or Charlotte Crosby from Geordie Shore, and I have always wondered whether it was just a fad item.
Plump-it! gifted me with their lip volumising pen, so I was super excited to see what all the fuss was about. The lip plumper is VBE infused so when applied their unique formula creates a warming sensation which provides an enhanced circulation and blood flow to the lips. Now don't be alarmed, the product really does tingle - and at first I was a little worried, but after a few days usage, you hardly notice the feeling as the results are clearly outstanding! It is also Paraben Free!
Plump-it! comes with a full instruction list of how best to use the product. Firstly you must prepare your lips ensuring they aren't cracked and fully moisturised. The pen needs to be clicked around 20 times to pump the fluid up ( this is only for first uses ) . I recommend starting with one click of fluid first, just so you can see what tingling sensation your up against. I made the mistake of jumping the gun and clicking loads onto my lips - and no, I would definitely not recommend it! I would say it is always best to do a test try, so maybe apply a little to the corner of your lip to see how your skin will react. Also another top tip, do not lick your lips whilst the product is drying, as you feel the same sensation on your tongue. Ensure even coverage when applying and you will instantly feel the tingling as the blood flow increases and instantly your lips look plumper and fuller. I would suggest that 1 click is for subtle plumpness, 2 clicks for a medium plumpness and 3 clicks for mega full lips. Within 5 minutes, the product will have completely absorbed into your lips. Now you can apply any lipstick or lip gloss of your choice over your freshly plumped lips.
This process can be repeated daily for lips that will really stand out!
